Meet Jimmy Mack

I was in the throws of a medical crisis and I did not know what to do. All I could see before me was pain, excruciating pain and it lasted not for a mere day or two but for weeks on end. It began with stabbing back pain and soon manifested into dis-ease. All I could think to do was to cry out for help, first to my husband, because he was my love, my friend, and my partner in life, as well as physically beside me. I went to my doctor, because mentally I knew that I needed a healer, and I went to the Divine and my spiritual support team, because spiritually I knew that healing could not completely come about without reaching out to them as well. Thankfully, I had long since made the mind, body, spirit connection and come to understand that it takes our healing on multiple levels to be the best that we can be. For healing or releasing of an injury, illness, or disease is just as critical as treating any of its symptoms. This we often see with those individuals who for no other explanation fall victim to such diseases as depression or dementia after the loss of a loved one, and perfectly healthy people pass on themselves soon after the death of a spouse or long-term partner. It is not that the body alone was ill, but rather the mind and spirit could no longer continue in the physical world without their loved one. All they could see was the pain of loss and it eventually manifested into death or disease. My own mother-in-law quickly fell into dementia after the passing of her beloved husband of nearly 65 years. I knew I had to address the mind and spirit, as well as the body, if a true and lasting healing were to occur.

After a regiment of medicines, the level of pain had lessened somewhat, but not nearly enough to sleep, eat, or function normally. Fatigue had a hold and crying spells were all too frequent. Something else had to be done and it was then that my husband suggested positive affirmations. My man of science had also recognized the importance of one’s mental attitude and so I began with “I Am” affirmations and prayer. “I am pain free. I am worthy. I am forgiven. I am loved. I healed.” I paced the hall for countless hours, rocked in every chair, and knelt in prayer every morn and eve. “Dear Lord, please help me to see the cause of manifested pain. Help me to move beyond it. Dear Archangel Raphael, please embrace my whole being with your healing energy. St. Michael, please protect me from any negative thoughts or harmful energies.” The affirmations and prayers continued, as did the pain until I began to connect with others yet.

Weeks into my health challenge, a friend and healer called to invite me to an event in a nearby harbor town. Healing in the Harbor would be hosting a number of healers, as well as others whose aim it was to educate, entertain, and enlighten the public on the many benefits to holistic healing through various modalities, products, and services. Little did I know then that it would be but the beginning of a miraculous healing through the unconditional love of both friends and strangers alike.

One of those meeting others at the town’s gazebo was a healer by the name of Jimmy Mack, a certified ThetaHealing® practitioner, member of The Circle of Healers, International Natural Healers Association, American Association of Healers, and ordained with the non-denominational Healing Ministry, Universal Light Church. He has also completed and been attuned to Reiki levels 1, 2, and 3 as a master and certified as a Shamanic healer, along with remote viewing. His credentials were long and impressive, but it was his humble stance and welcoming invitation for a healing that caused me to later meet and make a connection with the healer Jimmy Mack.

Still, the wildest of thoughts were running through my mind while driving to my appointment with him and I questioned my meeting this mysterious healer, “What if I’m meeting with some crazy person, or worse, someone who might be dangerous?” In an earlier e-mail, he had asked that I “hydrate” before coming and bring a list of concerns or issues to discuss, change, or make different with regard to the mind, body, spirit connection, be it relationships, finances, career, or otherwise. “Hydrate,” why did I need to drink plenty of water before coming? Perhaps we would be sitting in a sauna of sorts. “Bring a list of things of concerns or issues to discuss.” I had no intention to tell a stranger about any of my problems. This was crazy all right, but the thought quickly disappeared, as I approached his home office. With an elderly woman’s greeting, I stepped back into the 1920s and into the haven that housed both a mother and son. “He’ll be with you in a moment, won’t you please sit here while you wait.” She had guided me to one of her favorite pieces of furniture, a rocking chair brought with her some years ago in her move from Virginia, covered with a crocheted blanket in the healing colors of aqua and white yarn. Before I could sit, however, she quickly fluffed the bird motif pillows. Sinking within its soft embrace, she spoke of her love of birds, pointed out the various species upon the pillows, musical birdhouse, and clock that chimed each hour with the songs of birds. “It’s a nice way of reminding clients whenever our session is up,” he said. Jimmy had entered the room and it was then that the calmest of thoughts were running through my mind and I simply sat in gratitude for the healer before me.

There are those people you may come to meet in life who give cause for you to stand back and then there are those who draw you near. It is their true self or spirit within that meets and makes a connection long before the hello, handshake, or hug. It is their essence or energy that is or isn’t complimentary to your own. It is that invisible force, which encourages you or not to meet and make an even closer connection. It was then that Jimmy and I connected as newfound friends and spoke of his practices as a healer and recognition of his life purpose.

Jimmy was born in Clearwater, Florida and grew up as an Episcopalian. He was even an acolyte in the church, yet was always fascinated with psychic phenomenon, astrology, numerology, and other metaphysical studies. After graduating from The University of South Florida, he discovered local spiritualist churches and soon realized he wanted to learn even more about self and life. He took various psychic development classes, yoga, acupuncture, applied kinesiology, ThetaHealing®, and more. He became a Reiki Master, Certified Shamanic Healer and Remote Viewing, completed Matrix Energetics, and learned from master teachers both in and out of physical form.

For it was in a near-death experience that Jimmy recognized more of his spiritual support team of angels, teachers, and guides. Beautiful beings of light who for days had filled his hospital room, comforted, supported, and guided him safely to and fro cosmic portals and multiple dimensions all to simply learn that there is so much more to life than flesh and bone. To know not from faith alone, but from all of his experiences within a heavenly realm that we are of a divine mind in a sacred body with an eternal soul. For it was in the throws of a medical crisis that he came to fully, realize what he was divinely, meant to do. Gifted with greater insight and abilities, Jimmy Mack left the hospital with a deeper purpose and passion to help others live their happiest, healthiest, and truly wealthiest life possible.

Yet, it was through my own healing session with Jimmy and an angelic team of angels, teachers, and guides that I once again validated the presence and power behind both the healer and me. In an unprecedented experience, healing of the heart, mind, body and soul began to take place in less than an hour’s time. Through an even greater recognition of past traumas, present fears, and my vital connections to self, others, and the Divine, healing was taking place and all without physical touch. As Jimmy sat speaking to our spiritual support team and me, the unexpected or miraculous was occurring. He was reminding me of my perfection and health was appearing. The pain in my back had nearly disappeared and all I could do was mentally cry out in gratitude. Silently, I had expressed my thanks to Jimmy’s spiritual support team and it was at that very moment when validation would come of both the healing and spirit’s presence. “They are not my guides, but yours,” he said aloud. Somehow, telepathically, he had heard my thoughts and wanted to clarify exactly who was doing what. With his every hand gesture and voiced request to free me from pain on multiple levels, my own spiritual team of angels, teachers, and guides were helping me to heal or release any causes for injury, illness, or disease. Much more occurred within the short period we had together that I cannot fully express to you here, but know that we had all come together in light and love in order for healing to occur. Our true selves or spirits within had all met and made a very special connection that afternoon, one that reminded me once again of my perfection and freed me from pain.

Can each of us do what Jimmy did for me that afternoon? Can we simply heal ourselves from whatever appears as injury, illness, or disease? Is healing possible through a greater understanding of self and life? I believe so, but most of us have forgotten our divine connections – to self, others, and a greater power and presence. Most of us have not yet fully awakened to the miraculous possibilities of our world and us. To our perfection, to our greatness, and to our inherent gifts and infinite creativity. Most of us feel unworthy of a happier, healthier, and truly wealthier life. Most of us are still learning how to make the mind, body, spirit connection, but I know too that we are making progress. We are moving forward or evolving into our perfection, for there are those of us who realize we are more than merely physical beings. We are spiritual beings here to experience a human existence, one that may hold any number of challenges, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Thankfully, I have come to understand more fully that it takes our healing on multiple levels to be the best that we can be. For healing or releasing of any injury, illness, or disease is just as critical as treating any of its symptoms. To live our best life possible, we must remember our vital connections, make the mind, body, spirit connection, and then simply watch as more of perfection appears in both our world and us. Remember to ask for help, believe in the possibility, and then thank a greater power and presence.

Try to remember who you really are, why you are here, and where it is that you will day return, for you are so much more than flesh and bone. You are of a divine mind in a sacred body with an eternal soul. Whenever you find yourself in the throws of a medical crisis and do not know what to do or when all you can see is but pain before you, don’t wait for days or weeks on end before healing begins. Remember your vital connections to self, others, and a greater power and presence or that which flows through and around everyone and everything. Through the heavens and the earth or through angels, teachers, and guides, strangers, friends, and healers, but also through you and through me.

If ever you forget who you really are, why you are here, or where it is that you will one day return, might I simply suggest you consider positive affirmations. Whether you are a person of science or spirituality matters not, just that you recognize the importance of a positive mental attitude. Begin with positive affirmations and prayers if you wish, but trust that you are never alone. There are those in and out of physical form who stand beside you, supporting, comforting, and guiding you in your life. You do not have to know this is so through but faith alone. You may know that this is so from all of your life experiences, both subjective and objective, but especially through all of your vital connections to self and others, and thankfully, a greater power and presence to which all glory goes.
